Charitable Grants
The Miller Oil Foundation provides funds, in the form of Grants, on an annual basis to support special needs charities in the regions served by the Miller Oil Company.  Organizations who receive Grants are selected based on a written application as described here. 

** Applications for Grants are due by May 31 each year**

Grant Application Process:
     Please review the Mission Statement and Guidelines of the Miller Oil Foundation prior to submitting an application for support.  Due to the large number of requests the Foundation receives, we rely on these guidelines and restrictions to direct funding.  Requests will not be accepted without a completed application for each project.  Completion of a request does not guarantee funding.  All decisions are made annually, by the Foundation Board and are final.  
      Download and Print the Grant Application, Application Certification and Guideline files above.  Ensure all parts of the Application form AND Certification are filled in.  If you have Printed/ Published materials you would like to submit to the foundation, please include these with your Application.  Mail your package to the below address.  Post mark must be dated on or before May 31 for that year's consideration.  Recipients are notified in July.
